The place was clean and safe.location was superb city center.
In the morning there is a contruction going so we woke up early and there were no a.c. it is summer time so kinda humid.inside the place.

Part from night time heat accommodation is just what one should expect for this price.
Location of the accommodation is just excellent: really short walk from the train/bus -station, right in the city center's nicest part and a big grocery store next door. In the room everything was as supposed to be: good bed, pillow and duvet, whole room clean, everything worked and nothing was broken (except for a couple of secondary light fixtures). Interior was fairly newish, modern and harmonious in colours, no significant wear and tear. Also interior outside the rooms is very appropriate, even pleasant.
1. Map tag in booking.com is placed incorrectly and most of the accommodation's info do not include number of the building. Took a while to go through the messages from Forenom to find exact address. (Plus in a outer door it says that door should open automatically and one should NOT try to open it one self, but it's too heavy to start to open up without helping by pulling => one who waits according to info will never get in...) 2. Building being still mostly in office use probably have ventilation set to the whole building according to that. Witch means that temperature+humidity are ok during days and evenings but they are way to high during night time when the ventilation is on lower mode -> very uncomfortable to sleep in summer time. Keeping a window open helps, but since the location is so centered there will be some random street noice -> do take your ear plugs with you. 3. Update after reading earlier feedback: the problem with main door of the building and with ventilation that is not meant for accommodation use have been in Forenom's knowledge for a couple of years all ready, and it seems to be obvious that they are not about to do anything for them. The main door issue is solvable: it would only require a stronger opening mechanism. Ventilation issue might be a bigger problem and perhaps would require a new machinery instead of adjusting the existing one. Since Forenom doesn't own the building, it probably wont happen any time soon and basically accommodation functions should no be aloud in a building by the city authoritatives at all. My advice: do not plan to sleep in this building during summer months (since even possibility of opening the windows is not in your hands.)
